On 12 February 2025, all partners of the Erasmus+ KA220-VET project gathered online to review progress and coordinate upcoming activities. The meeting began with updates on budget transfers and agreement submissions, followed by a brief status report from the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) team.
The main focus was on Work Package 2, led by the Slovenian partner, which covers gamification, simulation, and digital narrative development. Partners agreed to contribute to the introductory section of the module, allowing for a comparative overview of national practices. The coordinating institution will assign remaining tasks based on each partner’s expertise.
Additionally, the consortium discussed rescheduling the kick-off meeting, which had been postponed due to weather conditions. The last two weeks of April were identified as suitable, and a Doodle poll will be used to finalize the date. The gamification module is expected to be 80% complete by then, and an evaluation will take place during the meeting. An interim online session may be held if needed.
