About e-RES project

The e-RES project aims to enhance vocational education and training (VET) by developing innovative teaching and training methodologies. Through a digital training set, the project integrates up-to-date ICT solutions to improve professional knowledge and experience, ultimately increasing the work motivation of VET learners and educators. By fostering skills-driven innovation, e-RES contributes to the attractiveness of VET and adds value to both the EU and Turkish economies. 

The project will be implemented from December 1, 2024, to November 30, 2026 (24 months), under the coordination of Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam University (Türkiye), with a total project budget of €250,000. 

Expected Outcomes

The e-RES project is expected to produce the following key outcomes: 

  • Development of innovative digital training modules, incorporating gamification, simulation, and digital storytelling to improve learning experiences. 
  • Creation of the Entrepreneurship Training Set Module, fostering entrepreneurial skills among VET learners.
  • Design of a Work-Based Learning (WBL) Module and ECVET Module, enhancing work-based education for improved skill recognition.
  • Implementation of Web 2.0 Tools and a Smartphone Application, ensuring accessible learning resources for all VET stakeholders.
  • Hosting of e-RES Training Activity in Slovenia**, engaging 24+ VET professionals in hands-on learning and exchange sessions

This project aims to enhance the occupational motivation of participants in vocational education and training (VET) by equipping them with contemporary methodologies and digital tools. Through these advancements, the initiative seeks to foster professional growth while simultaneously contributing to the economic development of both the European Union and Türkiye by establishing a more engaging and effective VET system.
