The first online meeting of the Erasmus+ KA220-VET project “Creation of e-guidance via an innovative set of toolkit for professional know-how enhancement at VET” brought together representatives from all partner organizations to officially launch the collaboration and align on key aspects of the project.
During the session, participants introduced themselves and shared insights into their institutional backgrounds and expertise. The coordinating organization presented the project’s overall goals, work packages, and timeline, supported by a Gantt chart. Roles and responsibilities were clarified, and the partnership agreement—based on the Grant Agreement—was reviewed in detail.
Key discussions focused on the gamification module, budget management, and webpage development. Decisions were made to improve user experience by simplifying presentation formats and documentation standards. Partners also agreed on financial reporting procedures and committed to preparing demo content for the project website within one week.
The meeting concluded with mutual goodwill and a shared commitment to begin the second work package with strong coordination and collaboration.
