On 28–29 April 2025, the Erasmus+ KA220-VET project “Creation of e-guidance via an innovative set of toolkit for professional know-how enhancement at VET” hosted a two-day coordination meeting in Kahramanmaraş, Türkiye, with the participation of sixteen staff members from all partner organizations.
The meeting began with an opening ceremony and partner introductions, where each institution shared its focus areas and contributions to the project. A comprehensive overview of the project timeline and milestones was presented by the coordinating organization, followed by a Q&A session addressing partner inquiries.
Participants discussed potential challenges in project implementation, such as time management and internal coordination. To improve collaboration, partners proposed increasing communication and scheduling regular online check-ins.
Each institution reported on its progress with the gamification module. While some partners experienced delays, sample materials and support resources were shared to encourage peer learning and exchange of best practices.
Budget spending procedures were clarified, including acceptable forms of documentation such as invoices, participant lists, and visual records. Transparency and proper reporting were emphasized.
The meeting also covered the next phases of the project, updating the activity timeline and redefining institutional responsibilities. Planning discussions began for upcoming workshop visits, focusing on practical applications and knowledge exchange. Host institutions will coordinate logistics and content for these sessions.
